1. Techs-on-Call does allow comments on its blog. The comments are the opinion of the original poster and do not neccessarily reflect the opinion of Techs-on-Call or its employees.
   1. By posting on Techs-on-Call Computer Blog (hereafter called this blog), you the user of this blog (hereafter called you) agree that your post must meet the requirements listed below.
   2. You agree not to hold Techs-on-Call liable for any comments posted by other users of this blog.
   3. You agree that Techs-on-Call may at any time for any reason delete any comment, even for comments that meet the requirements listed below.
   4. Even though postings are moderated, each post does not require moderator approval. Therefore, there may be some delay between when a moderator checks the comment and when it is actually posted.
2. The following requirements must be met for all comments posted. Each comment:
   1. May not contain anything that is illegal or explain how to perform an illegal action or link to a website that describes how to perform an illegal action.
   2. May not contain advertisement of any kind in any manner.
   3. May not contain profanity, either direct or implied.
   4. May not contain sexually explicit references, either direct or implied.
   5. May not contain personal attacks against anyone, either direct or implied.
   6. May not contain comments specifically designed to provoke a negative emotional response, often called trolling.
3. Unsolicited Advertisement Comments, often called Spam Comments, are not allowed in any form.
   1. Techs-on-Call reserves to prosecute any user caught sending spam comments.
4. All comment deletions are final with no appeal.
5. All e-mails are strictly opt-in.
6. Techs-on-Call does not track individual users.
   1. Techs-on-Call does track general patterns to help Techs-on-Call understand its market. IP addresses are never tied to a specific user.
   2. Any advertisement used by this blog is subject to the privacy policy of the advertiser.
